Veterans Hall Application For Use
Instructions:
Select the dates to reserve the hall by clicking on the day in the calendar
below. Once all desired dates are highlighted, click the "Submit" button to
fill out the application for use. For online reservarions, dates must be
reserved 10 days in advance.

The hall capacity is 640 or 400 for a sit down dinner. The hall includes a
kitchen, tables and chairs. Hours of use are from 9:00 AM on the rental date
until 8:00 AM the following day.
Qualified veterans organizations have been given first priority for use of
the Veterans Memorial Building. All other users shall be granted use of the
main auditorium and the kitchen on a first come, first served basis.
*On-Hold Dates:
Dates that are marked as being On-Hold have been reserved but have not yet
been secured. To inquire about On-Hold dates, please contact Facilities
Management by phone at (530) 822-7410 and ask for the Veterans Hall
registration desk.
** The Non-refundable reservation fee must be paid within 10 business
days of a reservation being made or the reservation will be cancelled.
